Shavonne Hayes has always been a person who thoroughly enjoyed helping people solve their problems and find solutions that are specific to their individual crisis’. Throughout her career, she developed a passion for recruiting, not only because of the customer service aspect but also for the creative staffing solutions provided to the client and the life changing opportunities for the candidates and their families.
Her professional career includes operating within staffing agencies at the Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, Operations Manager and Sales/Branch Manager levels and as a staffing Small Business Owner.
In 2007 Shavonne Hayes founded Hayes Staffing Solutions and my company provided direct hire staffing solutions to organizations working in The Middle East, supporting Military operations. Our experience extends across a high number of skill sets and industries to include: Logistics, Oil and Gas, Engineering, Information Technology, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Financial, Industrial, Chemical, and Medical, just to name a few. The heartfelt passions that she developed, along with the lack of pride and ownership that was observed in the workplace, is what prompted the founding of Hayes Staffing Solutions.
