To be considered for a position you will need to submit the following documents on your initial contact:

1.  Current resume - Please submit in Microsoft Word format if submitting via e-mail.  Please make sure that your resume is in chronological order and is descriptive.  It is important that you check for formatting, spelling and grammatical errors before sending.  Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. will NOT update your resume for you. 
2.  Copy of your DD214 if applicable (Member 4 Copy ONLY).
3.  Copy of your driver's license.
4.  Copy of your Social Security Card.
5.  Copy of your valid US passport.
6.  Copies of any professional certifications and/or licenses.

Once you are contacted by a Hayes Staffing Solutions Recruiter you will need to submit copies of the following items:

Completed Deployment Package - Will be provided once your resume and attached documents are reviewed.
