I would like to retain the services of Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. as my employment consultant; the rate for retaining their services is a one-time fee of $300.00. I understand that the fee for services is non-refundable.
The employment consultant services are provided for a one-time fee of $300.00 (non-refundable). Payment for services is only accepted through PayPal (payment link is located at the bottom of this page), or via cashier's check or money order sent to our address. Cash payments are not accepted to guarantee that you are dealing with an authorized agent of Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. At no time should you pay an individual claiming to represent Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. for any service or referral fee. If you are approached by anyone presenting themselves as an agent for Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. please notify us immediately by calling 877-224-2937 or send an e-mail to shavonnehayes@hayesstaffing.com.
I understand that retaining the services of Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. does not guarantee any specific result within any specific timeframe; the rate does guarantee that I have retained the services of Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. until the job that I want has been secured.
I understand that it is my responsibility to complete all documents per the requirements of the company initiating the offer.
I understand that once an offer of employment is accepted, Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. will no longer search for employment on my behalf BUT will notify me in the event that an employer is trying to contact me for a period of 30 days. At the end of the 30 day period I understand that my e-mail account associated with Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. will be deactivated.
I understand that I must meet the requirements of the employer initiating an employment offer to include background, credit investigations, skill level physical and mental requirements and that Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. cannot and will not intervene with any incidents of failed testing or rescinded offers.
I understand that a background check will be conducted by the employer initiating an offer of employment and that it is my responsibility to supply truthful information regarding any incidents (including tickets, misdemeanors and felonies).
I understand that if I choose to utilize the services of Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. again in the future I am retaining their services as a new client. Hayes Staffing Solutions, Inc. will not honor previous pricing or promotions.
