Hayes Staffing will conduct employment searches based on your qualifications, demographic preference and salary requirements. We will put your resume in the hands of recruiters within organizations that we have developed professional relationships with. We will work for you until we find you the job you want.
Your employment consultant will update your resume and create a cover letter for each requisition we submit your resume for, register your profile on applicable job sites, communicate with recruiters and employers regarding your status, and we will provide you with a weekly status of the positions you have been submitted for and will notify you if a position is filled with another candidate.
This service is a fee based service; our rate is a flat fee of $450.00. Our fee has no time limit associated with it - you pay one fee one time.
